May 28th Tehachapi Town
Nothing exciting here. Wandered around town, found the thrift stores and the Mexican food spot. I'm trying to figure out the next section, water sources and daily mileages. Only two water sources in the next 38 miles... that makes for some long days and lots of miles. It's good I've had a
chunk of time off. I'll have needed it.

Beautiful Tehachapi. Where the wind always blows. Hmm... Where does the wind come from? Does anybody know? I suppose if it stays at your back you're good so who cares?? Gee, I already have your mileage and water stops figured out! We trail angels are very busy people you know. Hi to Mother Goose!
