I've been experimenting with dehydrating cooked quinoa. High in protein and good fiber. Reconsitutes in about 8 minutes of gentle boiling. Going to play around with seasonings and perhaps different types of dehydrated or freeze-dried meats. Janet jake2003at@sbcglobal.net
